S.M.A.R.T is a subscription-based program to provide single visit, monthly or quarterly based in home services for seniors from home maintenance needs and repairs to possible safety and security hazards in the home. S.M.A.R.T supports maintaining pride in your independent living and complements in-home care services provided by other medical-based services.
